Two new products for the DECOFLEX range!

Two new DECOFILM  products in the family of recyclable barrier films are coming: DECOFLEX DCFP and DCFE.

DCFP: 9-layer PP/EVOH/PP film

DCFP is the recyclable thermoforming and laminating film with high barrier for oxygen, gases, aromas.
Its PP/EVOH/PP structure provides excellent optical and mechanical properties, and allows low sealing temperatures.

Layout: DCFP is a 9-layer film but can change its structure (thickness and composition) on request.

Available in neutral, coloured, corona treated, peelable, sealing Hot Tack, and anti- fog versions.

Application: DCFP is certified for food contact, pharmaceutical use and for the packaging of any oxygen-sensitive product.
It can also be used on automatic thermoforming and laminating machines.

DCFE: recyclable barrier film PE/EVOH/PE

DCFE is the recyclable film with high barrier effect for oxygen, gases and aromas.
Suitable for thermoforming, it guarantees excellent optical and mechanical properties as well as enabling sealing and thermoforming at low temperatures (resulting in energy savings).

Layout: DCFE can be up to 9 layers on request.

Available in neutral, coloured, corona-treated, peelable, sealing Hot Tack, anti- fog, in various thicknesses and customised compositions.

Application: DCFE is suitable for pharmaceutical and food use and particularly suitable for the packaging of fresh meat, cheese, slices and any oxygen-sensitive product. 

It can also be used on automatic thermoforming and laminating machines.

Recyclability and sustainability are now possible in a thermoforming film.
Polyamide-free product.
Decoflex is 100% recyclable!
