DCMH: HIGH BARRIER LID
It is the high barrier shrink film, polyolefin-based, intended for the heat-sealing of EPS, rigid PE, PET hot melt trays.
Recyclable, with excellent optical properties and antifog, DCMH is suitable for sealing products in modified atmosphere, vacuum and with skin effect.
It is suitable for use on any machinery, both automatic and manual.
DCML: LOW BARRIER LID
It is the Polyolefin-based Shrink Film suitable for PS heat-sealing and welding processes.
DCML is a low barrier film, and it is a valid alternative to traditional shrink films.
Its optical properties and anti-fog effect are excellent.
DCML is also recyclable!
DCMF: LOW BARRIER LID
It is the Polyolefin-based shrink film suitable for different applications, with high transparency and brilliance.
DCMF is recyclable and suitable on PE.
The pluses of these products:
The three products that we have listed above have in common:
- recyclability, certified by the Interseroch Fraunhofer Institute certification;
- suitable for products with protection of a 40 mm thickness;
- they do not deform the trays thanks to the low retraction force (soft shrink);
- hermetic sealing (locked seal) on EPS trays or rigid with PE liner;
- marking or printing up to 8 colors;
- safety against loss of liquids or exudates.
